Have you ever ordered from Lands End Canvas? I did for the first time last weekend [hello new bathing suits for mexico!] and today I received a hand-written note in the mail saying thank you. they sent me a thank you note.
I know Lands End is not the only company that does this, I’ve received one or two before but this one is different. The handwriting isn’t great [a little reminiscent of my sister’s boy handwriting but charming!] and it doesn’t say anything about “shop with us again”.
It is just a note…. “saying thank you and I hope you enjoy everything.”
Not that my friends is good business. Looks like I’ll be shopping there more often.
Agreed with everything that Austin says, because I just got one of these notes yesterday from a different Lands End Canvas rep (judging because the handwriting on mine is a little curlier). I’ve gotten handwritten notes from other brands, but those are smaller brands. This is the first time I’ve gotten one of these from a “big” brand.
